Cancellation Policy

Tea Circles — Booking Policy Payment of €25 per person is due at the time of booking. Your place is confirmed once payment is received. The exact meeting location in Haarlem will be shared with you 48 hours before your session via email or WhatsApp. In case of poor weather, the session will be rescheduled. Clara will contact you directly to arrange a new date. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session. Each circle has a maximum of 4 participants.
